Call Forward Busy: Who likes a busy signal? Nobody! If your line is in use, this feature forwards all incoming calls to any number you preselect.

Call Forward Variable: Forward your calls to any number at your convenience.

Call Forward/Don't Answer: Too many rings? Too aggravating! Have incoming calls rerouted to a chosen number after a certain amount of unanswered tries.

Call Forward/Out of Service: In the rare event of a service issue, rest assured that you're still connected. Inbound calls will automatically be forwarded to a predesignated internal or external number.

Toll-Free Number: Your customers will appreciate your toll-free phone number, and so will you.

Account Codes: Keep better cost control with this feature that requires an account code to be entered prior to someone making a long distance or international call.

900/976 Block: This cost-saving solution allows you to restrict access to numbers starting with these prefixes. Other numbers can also be added to your restricted list.

Hunting: When you set up a hunting group, an incoming call will literally “hunt” around your company's phone numbers in a predetermined order until a live voice answers the incoming call.

Web Hosting*: This standard feature provides you and your employees up to 20 email addresses. Plus, you'll be given disk space that will keep your information ultra secured. Additionally, 1.5 G of unlimited bandwidth transfer is allowed per month on a windows platform. These features can be upgraded for nominal monthly charges.

Email Security*: CIMCO's highly evolved network filters detect and detain potentially harmful content from entering your system via email. Up to 20 addresses are included, with additional available for a low monthly fee.

Fax to Email*: This convenient feature enhances paperless communications by allowing you to receive faxes via one email address with a PDF document attached.

VPN Users*: If you need to connect remotely to your network, CIMPLICITY's Virtual Private Network (VPN) tunnel provides you with instant connectivity via the public Internet.

Firewall*: Extra-strength protection for your network stops unwanted traffic.

Backup*: Remote backup capability keeps up to 100 Mb of your data secured offsite in CIMCO's state-of-the-art Data Center. Larger storage quantities are available, if you require more.
