CIMCO Communications Completes Acquisition of Novacon Customer Base

Combined Company Increases Market Leadership, Strengthens Local Presence and Broadens Customer Footprint

Oakbrook Terrace, IL, February 18, 2009 - CIMCO Communications, a leading provider of data and voice solutions, today announced it has acquired the customer base of Novacon, a state registered CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) based in Schaumburg, Illinois. With the addition of these new customers, this acquisition marks another milestone in CIMCO’s history, giving the company an even stronger market presence.

All acquired Novacon customers are now being serviced by CIMCO, and the company’s representatives have taken great strides to ensure a smooth transition with exceptional customer care. CIMCO will support data, internet and voice services to its new customer base.
