CIMCO Communications Names Nancy Keeney to its Senior Leadership Team
Oakbrook Terrace, IL, October 9, 2006 - CIMCO Communications, a leading provider of data and voice solutions to businesses that have mission critical communications needs, today announced that it has named Nancy Keeney as the director of customer operations for CIMCO. Nancy brings a strategic approach with a wealth of knowledge that will collectively support CIMCO's mission of delivering exceptional customer care with products and services that suit the needs of its customers today and in the future.
In this position, Nancy will lead three key areas: the Project Management team, the Service Account Management team, and the Provisioning team. It will be through her leadership that the combined success of these teams will provide the exceptional quality of customer care and implementation strategies that serve as the backbone of CIMCO's customer operations

Nancy has more than twenty years of experience leading large customer-focused operational departments up to 1,000 employees. Most recently she held the position of vice president and executive director of global provisioning with Verizon Business. She successfully facilitated the process to decrease Verizon's global costs by $85 million over a two year period through customer network reconfigurations and facility consolidations. Previously, she was vice president for network and carrier operations at WilTel Communications and held several ranking positions with Telesphere International. Her breadth of knowledge and experience has resulted in remarkable accomplishments including major process and service improvements, exponential cost reductions and expense control, and increased customer communications and service levels.
