Chicago Healthcare Facilities Get Access to Secure, Reliable Communications Solutions

Oakbrook Terrace, IL, March 9, 2004 - Chicago area hospitals and healthcare services can now count on enhanced telecommunications services. The Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council (MCHC) and CIMCO Communications have agreed on an exclusive partnership that makes CIMCO the preferred provider of integrated communications services to MCHC's 140 members.

Jay Chibe, Director of Group Purchasing Services at MCHC, said the organization turned to CIMCO to meet the needs of its member's complex communications needs created by rapid advancements in information technology in the healthcare services industry. "More than anything, hospitals and healthcare organizations need communication resources that are trustworthy and reliable. CIMCO's philosophy and delivery of passionate customer care fit the needs of our members perfectly."

CIMCO provides voice, data, conferencing, Internet and managed services solutions to Midwest businesses with mission-critical communications needs. Under the preferred provider agreement, MCHC members can now benefit from CIMCO's broad suite of services as well as CIMCO experienced and knowledgeable staff who take personal responsibility and accountability for servicing their customers.

MCHC members who sign up for the service will receive a monthly invoice summary and access to CIMCO's award-winning Web-based bill management system, a detailed reporting tool to help monitor and manage telecom services. In addition, MCHC members will each have a dedicated service account manager as their point of contact for customer service issues.

"We have successful experience in providing large Chicago healthcare facilities with communications so this partnership with the MCHC was natural for CIMCO. We are delighted to be working with MCHC and are committed to providing customized, integrated solutions that will meet the individual needs of each MCHC Member," said Bill Capraro, CIMCO Communications President and CEO.
