Frank Ruffolo Senior Vice President - Sales
As Senior Vice President - Sales, Frank Ruffolo brings more than 15 years of technology sales and sales management experience to CIMCO. Mr. Ruffolo leads a 30-person sales team which includes direct sales, account management and business partner channels.
He has held key sales and senior-level positions with both new and established companies. Mr. Ruffolo has a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets through strategic planning and selling.
Prior to joining CIMCO, Mr. Ruffolo served as vice president of sales and marketing at ePredix, a global provider of software solutions and assessment tools. Prior to ePredix, Frank was vice president of sales at CareerBuilder.com where he grew the organization from 30 executives to 110 in the first 60 days and increased revenue by 20% in the first year.
Mr. Ruffolo also brings first-hand knowledge and experience of the telecommunications industry having spent six years at InterCall, Inc., a leading conferencing company, where he last served as the area vice president. He also spent six years at SkyTel.
He has excelled at developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue while maintaining high customer retention rates. Mr. Ruffolo has successfully sold through diverse distribution channels and directly to all size markets, National Accounts, Major Accounts and Small Business.
Frank Ruffolo holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from Elmhurst College.
