As Chief Operations Officer for CIMCO Communications, Margi is responsible for many varied aspects of CIMCO’s products and services within the company including Product Development, Engineering, Network Operations, and Service Delivery.
A 20-year veteran in telecommunications, Margi has a seasoned insight into the diverse forces that shape the industry. During the course of her career, Margi Shaw has successfully managed various functions in marketing, customer service, provisioning, technical applications, regulatory issues and strategic planning.
Prior to joining CIMCO in 2001, Margi was Vice President of Service Delivery for ICG Communications, Inc., where she integrated the customer bases, network services and cross-functional teams that resulted from the acquisition of CBG. Margi established her telecommunications career at CBG, Inc. based in Cleveland, Ohio, where as Vice President of Network Services she was an integral member of the start-up team which grew revenue to over $20 million during a 6-year period.
Margi is noted for her hands-on management style and team-oriented philosophy. She has been an important contributor to CIMCO’s profitable ability to innovate network infrastructure and product offerings into new technology and application sectors.
